Dom Vinho entrusts the delivery of its orders to external transport and delivery services, sending the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, with the exception of holidays, and on days and times used by logistics companies, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

The average delivery time for orders is 48 hours for addresses located in mainland Portugal, around 5 working days in Europe and between 5 and 7 days in the rest of the world.

The values inherent to the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and for each order an automatic calculation is made of this value, during the check-out process, based on the weight and size of the items purchased, as well as the delivery address. Orders worth more than €70 benefit from free shipping.

Dom Vinho is not responsible for shipments whose destination address is located in countries whose respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages, and it is the customer's sole responsibility to seize the respective order.

Dom Vinho will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.

Delivery is considered carried out with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
