Dom Vinho relies on external transportation and delivery services to handle the shipping of ordered products. Shipments are carried out from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays, and during the business hours of the logistics companies, to the delivery address specified by the customer.

The average shipping time is 48 hours for addresses in mainland Portugal and approximately 5 business days for Madeira, the Azores, and Europe.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For each order, the shipping cost is automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on the weight and dimensions of the purchased items, as well as the delivery address. Orders exceeding €80 are eligible for free shipping.

Dom Vinho is not responsible for shipments to countries where local laws prohibit the entry of alcoholic beverages. In such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility for the seizure of the order.

Dom Vinho will inform the customer of the unavailability of the ordered product(s) and will refund the amount paid within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from the date the unavailability is acknowledged.

Delivery is considered complete once the delivery receipt is signed at the agreed delivery address.
