As provided by law, Dom Vinho allows the exchange of items, as long as they have not been used by the customer and maintain the same conditions as when they were sent.
Exchange requests must be addressed unequivocally to firstname.lastname@example.org, within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving the order. In the case of exchange for an item of lesser value, the difference will be refunded through a discount voucher in the online store. The value inherent in the shipping costs of the exchange process are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In case of defective return or other non-conformities regarding the products ordered, Dom Vinho assumes responsibility for collecting the item at an address to be indicated by the customer - provided that it is located in the country of origin of the purchase, and the respective return of the value of the piece through a method to be agreed with the client. The request for a return by default must be addressed within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order.
Any exchange or return is subject to authorization by Dom Vinho upon analysis of the condition of the item(s). After receiving the item(s) at our facilities, we carry out a careful analysis of it and the return will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:
a) The product(s) is properly sealed, as shipped;
b) The product(s) does not show signs of use or handling;
c) The product(s) keep their original features and labels intact;
d) The product(s) are complete and have been shipped together with all the material that accompanied the original order.
Any exchange or return request must indicate the order number and the corresponding proof of defect, if any.
